Benjamin S. Green is an Articling Student at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Benjamin assists clients in all areas of Canadian immigration, including both corporate and personal immigration matters. Benjamin has experience working with corporate employee transfers, federal skilled worker applications, applications under NATFA-exempt status, work permits, and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
Benjamin is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Benjamin was active with the Osgoode Hall Mooting Society, winning awards for both written and oral advocacy. He also served as an Associate Editor for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. In addition, he was awarded the Stringer LLP Essay Prize. Before law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies from Western University, graduating with Distinction. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Gold Medal for Highest Academic Standing in the Faculty.
Prior to joining Green and Spiegel, Benjamin worked in the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 company and for the Players’ Association of a Major Professional Sports League.
